IT IS THE STATED POLICY OF JENCKS & JENCKS, P.C. TO UTILIZE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES ONLY WHEN ACCOMPANIED BY A STATEMENT AUTHORIZED BY JENCKS & JENCKS, P.C. TO THE EFFECT THAT THE SENDER SPECIFICALLY AND INTENTIONALLY INTENDS THAT THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE OR OTHER IDENTIFIER OF THE SENDER IS BEING TRANSMITTED AS AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE PURSUANT TO FEDERAL OR STATE LAWS OR REGULATIONS THAT AUTHORIZE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES.

Privileged Communications

E-mails sent by Jencks & Jencks, P.C. are intended only for the use of the individual or entity to whom it is addressed and may contain information that is privileged, confidential and exempt from disclosure under applicable law. If the reader is not the intended recipient or the employee or agent responsible for delivering the message to the intended recipient, it is hereby notified that any dissemination, distribution or copying of the communication is strictly prohibited.
